Objectives

Drama and Movement Therapy (DMT) is a creative, therapeutic approach that uses drama, storytelling, movement and play to support emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It helps individuals explore their emotions, express themselves, and process experiences non-verbally or through role-play. Rooted in psychotherapy and performing arts, DMT is used in mental health, education, corporate and rehabilitation settings. Through creative expression, clients engage in a dynamic process that promotes self-awareness and emotional growth in a safe environment.
